- All payments made are non-refundable once the counseling has started.
- If your session is delayed due to high traffic, we will reschedule it. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Refunds may only be issued if the user has not availed any services and raises a request within 24 hours of payment.
- No refunds are applicable for technical delays or platform downtimes, though we aim to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- If a transaction fails and the amount is debited, users are advised to contact support with proof.
- Each request will be assessed individually by our team and resolved as per the policy.
